A valid resale number or business license is required for any order to be processed.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express ), PayPal, wire transfers, money orders and cashier’s check. For US customers, business checks may be accepted following a quick check clearing. Credit terms are only available to approved customers after request is submitted and reviewed. Initial orders will be shipped with prepayment or COD (no exceptions).
Minimum orders are $500.00. Reorder minimums are $200.00
All orders are shipped from our warehouse facility in the greater Phoenix area. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Our method of shipment is USPS or FedEx.
We will backorder any items not shipped complete unless customer requests cancellation for those backorder items. Backorders not shipped within 60 days may be subject to cancellation.

Returned Checks / Refused Shipments
All returned checks will be assessed a $20.00 service charge. Customers will be given a 14-day grace period to resolve payment issues. If payment is still unresolved after 14 days, customer will incur 20% restocking fee plus freight charge. The charge will be added to the following new order.
Claims / Returns / Shipping Errors
Any claims on damaged merchandise, incorrect merchandise, or a discrepancy in quantities shipped must be reported within five business days from receipt of goods. Any quality-related claims must be made within 10 business days from receipt of goods. Returns will not be accepted for in-store damages, or for garments, which have been worn. Approved returns will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. Where necessary, we will issue a credit memo for an equivalent dollar amount of the returned merchandise. We do not provide cash refunds. A return authorization is required for all returns. The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the box – otherwise the returned merchandise shipment will be refused.

Please contact our Customer Service department to request an image authorization form. Please contact our Phoenix office for use, authorization, and access to our images to use for your website. Our images can only be used when authorization is given. The use of our images in your own catalogue or in media advertising; must be as a selling tool in conjunction with offering the style pictured for sale. We do not permit use of our images to promote other business or adult sites. Images are to be used for the purpose of selling our merchandise only.

You may sign up to receive our newsletter by providing your email address. If you make purchase we will ask for your contact information, credit card, billing and shipping information. You may create an account on our Site by providing your contact information, designating an email address and creating a password that will be used to access your account.
From time to time we may offer promotions or sweepstakes on our Site. If you wish to participate in an activity or promotion on the Site, you may be required to provide certain information and to certify that you meet the requirements, including age, for participation.
Protecting Children’s Privacy
This site is not designed nor intended to be attractive to use by children under the age of 18 (“Minors”). We do not knowingly collect PII from minors. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any information to us.
Use and Disclosure of Information
We sometimes use aggregated data (independent of any personal identifiers) for research and commercial purposes. This information may include what areas our users visit most frequently and what services they access most often. This information helps us develop a better site that is more useful and accessible to you.
